I’m an owner by greencreek lifestyle estates. The electricity and water billing does not make sense for someone who stays alone and is hardly home. No clear explanation on how the billing is being done especially when on generator. It’s too much . Estate manager can’t break it down for us, something is really off. We are over billed .
