I HAD TO PAY OCCUPATIONAL RENT FOR A PROPERTY I NEVER OCCUPIED

<p>I have a few concerns regarding the payment of occupational rent for this unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. When we signed our offer to purchase we never received a copy of the signed offer. Balwin has their own reservations as to why we cannot get this copy, we only received this agreement today 12 July 2016. We signed the offer to purchase on a Saturday during a show day and this process was very rushed. As first time homeowners we expected that your agents should explain everything in detail as a copy of this offer to purchase is inaccessible for further reading and understanding. Your agents failed to explain this very crucial piece of information to us, we can argue till we are all blue in the face, this was NEVER explained to us.</p> <p>2. Our bond got registered on 11 July 2016 meaning that the bank is charging interest from the 11th of July 2016, why should we be liable for occupational rent for the month of July 2016.</p> <p>3. I feel that Balwin has taken advantage of us as first time home buyers. I am going to report this on Hello.Peter so that everyone knows how unfairly they will be treated should they purchase from your developments.</p> <p>4. You have refused to give us the offer to purchase as the purchaser of your property so we have no reference to the sale agreement until the day we have to move into our property.</p> <p>5. You have shown very little compassion to us as first time home owners.</p> <p>6.
