I am very happy with my apartment and De Aan-Zicht has proven to be a great investment. I cannot say enough good things about my experience; from meeting with Shannon at the open house, to dealing with the then estate manager Nicolene, but I must say a very big thank you to Christo, the site manager, who runs a fabulous team. I had an issue with a leaking shower and after trying to redo the silicone, Christo immediately suggested we re-fit the shower and his team did a wonderful job. They attended to each and every snag (there were not many at all, maybe 5 I think) and even helped me to touch up a spot where I had knocked some paint and plaster off a wall. I always felt like they had my best interests at heart and of course they went above and beyond to ensure the estate as a whole is kept in tip top shape. I could not be happier.
