We have received the worst kind of service in history. We app**** for a rental property in December, we liked the apartment we saw, it took a over a week for them to get back to us to tell us they will only process our application in the new year. On the 6th of Jan they looked at our application only to accept it a week later. Only to tell us that it was a different apartment than we had seen and the rental was abit more. We had to be out of our current apartment by the 15th of Jan and Balwin could not accommodate us to move in (despite it was empty) then as there were things to be done to the property we app**** for, we had no problem with that despite the inconvenience it caused us. We moved in on the 17th of Jan, the place looking exactly what we had seen few days back, dead roaches and u cleaned cupboards, light fixtures still broken, as if nothing was done or fixed at all. We moved in only to find alive roaches still crawling around. It was a nightmare. I am 8 months pregnant we cannot unpack our things as these bugs are in cupboards and all over which will crawl on our stuff. We will be displaced yet again if we have to refumagate this place. I have never seen such u professionalism as this in my life.
