HEALTH HAZARD_ Westlake Eco Estate Unit

I am at Westlake Eco Estate and no joy since buying. I like both beautiful things and quality thereof but the latter lacks in Westlake Eco Estate where we bought.. there is absolutely no quality. It was a mass production type of building approach and I have also noticed that the people they used to build are not professionals. What is worrying is that how my unit was priced does not reflect what I actually got. Almost everything has had to be fixed, including a leak in the bedroom roof, my shower was broken down to fix another leak in the unit downstairs and never got restored to what is looked like before that, they made its floor slant deeper than before. Of course they offered to fix again, as they do with all the million faults, but I just could not go through another round of people coming in and out of the house for three days when I have little ones inside. The main door used to not close properly and it was fixed but it is still not properly aligned. When I called about the sliding door that we could no longer lock, I was told it is my issue to fix with the door vendor, but after I told them about my ordeals, was quickly told it would be fixed by Balwin. They came while I was at work to "fix it" - and yes we can lock it now, but not easily, anyone who visits my house has to go through a lesson on how to lock our sliding door. The issue of water pouring down the windows every morning, which I have written on this same platform about some time after buying, is something we have learned to live with.. The "advice" I got (from a Balwin rep) to open my windows is of course the most patronising of all as a month doesn't pass without us being told of some sort of a crime in the estate.. there is no way I can leave my windows open going to work, AND even when we are home and open the windows, we found that it doesn't necessarily stop the problem. My helper is here full-time, she opens the windows, but we still have disgusting black mould building up in the kids' bedroom due to damp walls. The first time I reported this to Balwin, I was told to ask my helper (as if they pay her) to clean the walls with Dettol and Handy Andy, then call them to paint. I cleaned the walls myself as I haven't signed my helper up for such health threatening jobs but never called anyone to come and paint as I have toddlers in the unit and cannot subject them to constant paint fumes. The mould is back again. BUT the most painful thing is that this mould is also in the wardrobe. Clothes smell like pee and some of them are actually just ruined. It is such a pain living here and the only thing that would satisfy me at this point really is for someone to take this property out of my life. Almost everything will just fall apart after a couple of months living in your unit.. cracks on walls are a norm. I am so drained I have even stopped reporting things to Balwin. While having to still live in this situation.. I also need advise please with regard to the black mould that keeps coming back in a place where there are kids touching everything.
