Great developments but the worse developer/seller you could ever deal with as a first time buyer.

Worst decision I’ve ever made. I do not recommend that anyone especially first time home buyers to purchase a property with Balwin Properties.

People deserve better. Nothing is in the interest of the buyer. Every stage has been frustrating, right until the end. From everything being urgent so you have to sign things asap “or else”, banks process being shoved down your throat and being pushed to go with whatever is on the table (without affording you an opportunity to negotiate for yourself), they remain silent when agreement of sales change - nil notifications to the other but can urge to sign asap, registration process taking months with no communication except “here is your invoice to pay occupational rent”. Seems like anything to take as much money and home owner privileges from you as possible. It’s all in the agreement of sale. By the way this document is signed after you pay your deposit, if you don’t agree with it or don’t sign within x amount of time (say you want to seek advise) you forfeit YOUR money - you lose from the get go.

I wish I could sell a property I don’t own yet and haven’t even lived in. I can’t because of the belittling agreement of sale that protects them from any wrong doing. So even if you’re frustrated with their actions and are genuinely not happy with the way they conduct their business, they couldn’t care less - it’s in the contract.

I urge you to BE CAREFUL as well( if you’ve made it this far) as they give you keys before the date noted in your agreement of sale. Always remember they don’t do anything in the interest of the buyer.

First time buyers, avoid being *****ed. As soon as you express interest your money (beyond the purchase price, that’s the game they seem to play) and your privileges of being a home owner are gone to people that don’t do good business. They will even try to silence and scare you by saying you can’t exercise your freedom of speech to express your dissatisfaction with the way they conduct their business.

Save yourself the trouble of frustration, loss of money, home owner privileges, dealing with zero updates on reg process, senseless back and forth with their “team”, etc.

What an appalling company, I’m utterly disgusted.
