Fynbos: Poor Service

Two major issues I would like to address.

1. Terrible service from @Remote Meter Service. They doing day light ******* from the consumers. We don't have option to optout from this service provider

2. Dust: There is heavy cement and sand dust from the on site construction to the resident area. When I approached the estate manager, he suggested to buy a car cover to safe guard from the dust.

We have to close the windows and doors all the time to hide out from the noise and dust.
