Frustrated!!!

I’m very exasperated by Balwin , in Greenpark Boksburg the parking bay Netting / Car Cover protection were taken out due to wind damage, it’s been a couple of months now and they haven’t been replaced my cars are getting burnt out by the sun ,I tried asking the Estate Manager regarding the replacement but he never had a solid response or answer , this is very frustrating and disappointing

The complex is also uncomfortable dark , common lights are not working from the main entrance all the way to my block this includes parking bays lights , Block 28 corridors are also dark ,lights ain’t working, it’s been a month or two which is very unpleasant and a hazard
