Extremely concerning utility billing at GreenCreek Lifestyle Estate

I am extremely disappointed with the utility billing at GreenCreek Lifestyle Estate, managed by Balwin Properties. Residents are receiving unexplained and seemingly excessive utility charges, particularly charges being attributed to generator usage.

What is extremely concerning is that we are sometimes charged generator fees for periods when we were not even home, yet the amounts charged can be several times higher than what we understand the actual generator costs to be.

Residents should not have to accept bills that cannot be clearly explained or reconciled with our actual usage. We are requesting transparent, itemised billing and a clear explanation of exactly how these generator charges are calculated and allocated.

Balwin Properties needs to take these complaints seriously and provide residents with proper accountability. We are paying for services and deserve to know exactly what we are being charged for and why
