Exterior lights not working
<p>The exterior lights of my block has been out of order for the past week already. </p> <p> </p> <p>I reported this already, but haven't received any feedback from Balwin. </p> <p> </p> <p>This pose a serious safety risk and I will keep Balwin responsible if I suffer any damages or injuries due to the fact that the lights are not working.</p> <p> </p>

We take note of your complaint on Hello Peter dated 29/07/2016. We have communicated your concerns with the managing agent of De Velde regarding the lights outside block 46. They have confirmed that they have attended to the problem. Please take note that Fiona is not an employee of Balwin and that the day to day management and maintenance is done by Whitfield's and not Balwin.
