Exposing us to sewage - disgusted
For 3 weeks now, Balwin greenpark lifestyle estate in Boksburg has been exposing us (neighbors) to their sewage. We escalated the issue to the estate manager but nothing has been done for 3 weeks. This is becoming a health issue. We cant even open our windows and doors due to the smell and flies.
Our rights to a healthy environment are being violated. This is disappointing coming from a brand like you.

Our teams and the Greenpark Estate Manager have been reaching out to you on several occasions but without success. Note that the sewer line is not part of our property, but the municipality. We reported a sewer line blockage last week, which the council only attended to after five days from us lodging the report. They were on site on Friday, 6 December to unblock the line, however on Monday, 9 December we again received complaints which were escalated over the past weeks, with no feedback from the responsible party. Workmen are however on scene currently, and we expect the matter to be resolved within the next couple of hours.
