Probably the worst rental experience we have ever had in our lives. The absolute incompetence of their rental staff is unbelievable. Their conduct rules and arrogance of their estate managers and staff, is equivalent to living under socialist communist state, they will fine you R500 to R1000, for absolute petty items, like drying racks on your patio, mops or buckets, even though there is zero provision made for these items inside the units. They won't pay your rental deposit back , if there is any wear and tear from living in the units. They won't fix leaking toilets or loose door handles, they have damp issues that will never be fixed and will effect your & your children's health. WARNING don't rent from these clowns.
