DONT buy their properties - It will fall apart in less than a year!

Our unit at Kikuyu in Midrand is less than a year old and half the apartment is falling apart. When you report the issues they say no its you who did work after them and broke the place! Every single window pane is falling apart and their version of fix is to just paint over it

ALL the boundary walls are cracked and falling apart and we being sent from pillar to post and no one wants to take responsibility for their ****py build. Its completely unacceptable for a new build

THEY BUILDING IT WITH TERRIBLE CHEAP MATERIALS AND UNEXPERIENCED BUILDERS
