Don't buy or rent a balwin property!! You won't believe the power outages

Stay far away from Balwin Properties. This is a developer who doesn't give two hoots about residents. Only about collecting money from them and charging excessively for electricity. Which is funny given that the power outages here at Greencreek are a constant feature, and they do nothing to address that. I can't count how many times the food in my fridge has gone off because of a power outage.
