DO NOT RENT A BALWIN PROPERTIES MANAGED APARTMENT - YOU WILL BEG, LITERALLY BEG, FOR YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AFTER THE LEASE EXPIRES

Do not, I repeat, do not rent from any Balwin Properties managed apartment. What a nightmare! I moved out of the apartment in August but I have still not received my deposit 3 months later. They are completely inconsiderate and the client liasons could not care any less. Empty assurances are provided in relation to your hard earned money. The deposit is by no means their but it is yours and the lease agreement clearly stipulates that it will be paid back subject to any maintenance costs. They still delay even when you have agreed to the deduction of such costs.

I have sent an email asking them to whom and where does one have to beg for the payment of their deposit. Save yourself the trouble and do not rent at any apartment managed by them if you care about your hard earned money.
