Like all other Balwin estates there are numerous issues within the estate, which include workmanship of the unit, and quality of the finishes are poor, as well as repeat snags that never seem to be resolved which end up being a headache for the owner to resolve.

Residents/owners have been receiving fines that are frivolous and lacking substance. It seems very clear that due to the lack of unit sales, they have set out to target residents within the complex.

The health and hygiene of residents are constantly compromised as clothes drying and bin areas aren't kept clean.

Patios and parking bay/garages are considered common property meaning the estate tells you what you can and cannot do in your own space. And by far the most ridicious rule i have heard is that Bicycles, Scooters, Toy cars, etc are not allowed in your own designated parking bay.
