New buyers and investors STAY AWAY!!! Since I have moved here, I have had nothing but disappointment.

At first we waited for an unnecessary long time to have Balwin activate our fibre. Responses are is slow to non existent and the after sale service is pathetic.

You pay above-average priced electricity, loaded with little fees here and there. Our electricity bill has doubled since we moved here (even after moving from 3 to 2 tenant household). THEN THE WORST PART: that electricity is off for more than 50% of the week!!!

I’ve been through my fair share of **** service but Balwin stands head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to **** value for money.
