Disgusting Balwin

Balwin properties is one of the most ************* agencies that I have ever rented from. They had the Metershack which was in charge of providing utility services. The metershack had incorrectly billed me for atleast 3months which I am aware of. When I brought this to Balwins attention, they did not assist in any way at all. Subsequently, Balwin sent communications to say that the Metershack was incorrectly billing tenants and no further payment should be made to them. This being said, Balwin themselves went on and are now backdate billing me! This proves that not only did Balwin allow theft to take place, but they are committing theft too. I spoke to Jessica Thorpe at Balwin multiple times and all she says is that I should contact the Metershack directly.
