Disgusting and appalling lack of competence from development at Balwin Properties

What a poor experience from this developments people. They are never on time to fix issues that have been reported with the property. They are *********** and poor service is shocking. I have had issues after issues with this property I bought. It's supposed to be a new development but things are always broken or breaking. I tried escalating the matter to the site manager Ryno Van Den Berg but he never responds or returns communication. What a disappointing experience from Balwin Properties and for a new development.
