Deposit refund 6 weeks and waiting

We vacated our unit and got a clear inspection in writing from Balwin. We were then informed that we would receive our deposit back within 30 days, which I believe is *******. It has been 6 weeks now and we are still yet to receive our deposit back. We keep getting told “Owner is out of the county on holiday or in meetings” - which is not our problem. We have re**** on that refund to put down for a further deposit on a unit that we had secured for 01 October elsewhere! I’m now sick of the constant excuses and ********* dealings!
