Deposit Lost

I have made this post before and will continue making this known.

To new home buyers, Balwin Properties (Paardevlei) asks you to pay a deposit, sign an agreement (which includes suspensive condition) and complete your income and expenditure profile on their site, but fail to inform you how they operate/ the process works. So once they receive approval from a bank, you are not allowed to cancel/ reject it (no matter the cost/ or period in which they apply for - etc.30 years) just so they can get approval and people cornered. As a result, I lost my deposit of R20 000.00.
