Deeply Disappointed – Constant Noise Makes Peace Impossible

I’m genuinely frustrated and disappointed with the management of The Huntsman (Balwin Properties). From 8 o’clock every single morning, there’s disruptive noise from workers rolling bins throughout the estate. It’s loud, repetitive, and completely unnecessary.

This constant disturbance has made it impossible to meet basic needs such as rest and sleep — which, ironically, was one of the main reasons I chose to move here. I specifically selected this estate for what was marketed as a peaceful, high-quality living environment, only to discover that tranquility is completely undermined by poor logistical planning.

It’s hard to understand how an estate of this standard and price point could operate with such inefficient waste management logistics. Having workers manually roll bins around the estate every morning is not only disruptive but also a clear waste of resources. Surely, there are simpler, smarter solutions — for instance, using a small trailer or a single vehicle to collect and transport the bins in one go.

While I truly love many aspects of this estate — the facilities, the location, the design — I cannot justify living somewhere that fails to meet the most basic expectation: peace and quiet in one’s own home.

I sincerely hope that Balwin and the management team take this matter seriously and implement a proper logistical solution, because the current setup is simply unacceptable, especially for residents paying premium rates for a so-called “peaceful” lifestyle. I have spoken to Grant and truly hope this matter gets sorted out promptly. -From someone exhausted that just needs uninterrupted sleep.
