De Aan Zicht complex ,Richwood Water & Electricity

Just moved in at De Aan Zicht complex in Richwood,they don’t even deserve this 2 star rating just that i couldn’t write this review without rating.Before i signed i asked the Agent if the water and an electricity is a pre-paid she said yes.After i have moved in i checked the devices so i can buy an electricity and i was told that i have to sign in online and also send money but that will take 72 hrs.On a Monday i got a message to say i must top up,so i logged in put my bank details and the amount that they have to deduct.Mind you there is no power in the apartment.aTuesday still no power and i thought maybe is this 72 hrs they were talking about.Wednesday still no power in fact i left the apartment before 04:00 am .During the day i sent them messages and asked them to check if i have a power or not because they were suppose to deduct the money from my account.Also told hem how inconveniencing their system is and also not user friendly.I see their method as a tool to reap off people how on earth can one keep putting money on the account ,you don’t even see when the power is about to fini*****’s like we are fools or people that can’t do things for themselves even blind peoplle buy they own electricity.When i got home around 18:30 the power was still off but when i spoke with the agent during the day he said he’s gonna fix the matter after 5 minutes.As i am writting this i’m sitting in the dark i couldn’t even prepare a supper for myself i’m gonna sleep on an empty stomach.And my phone which i use to wake me up is on 7%,i told the agent but they are just ignoring my messages.These people are ******😡😡😡😡
