Continuous service and utility disturbance at Green Creek and The Blyde.
Balwin Properties is the worst developing agency in South Africa. You guys have opted to meet targets (number of units built) over quality. Speaking about GREEN CREEK and THE BLYDE, every time we have to suffer electricity and fibre outage. A problem that have been going on for the longest time without rectification. All you do is change Estate Managers (whom are always placed in the firing line) because of your lack of proper planning and making sure the necessary services are provided without continuous disturbance. You make it so difficult for the working class to conduct working from home alternatives and for students to study online. If you guys are not careful, you will drag your name, if not already, down the mud. This is perthitic.

The Fibre is operating again and the Managing agents did send updates and the cause of the outage to all the residents. Did you receive these updates? Which development do you reside at?
There has not been a change in Estate managers at The Blyde or Greencreek for quite a while from Landsdowne Property management at The Blyde or from Mafadi Property management at Greencreek.
