Consistent noise disturbance with poor intervention from Balwin

I’ve been a resident at the Reid Estate for about 5 years. There are some tenants who do as they please, and aren’t dealt with appropriately. You have to report noise disturbances every week, with very poor intervention from the people representing Balwin (Landsdowne in this case). I’m flabbergasted by how I have to report the same nonsense every week, and I’m told they are still “building a case”. I’m paying a lot of money to be here and honestly it saddens me to say this has been a very ****py investment if I have to deal with such *******. It’s diabolical how excessive noise levels here are dealt with, yet you’re paying for a R1.5 mill apartment to be insulted by grotesque individuals! DO NOT invest at the Reid Estate whatever you do!!!!
