Conduct rules are not clear, you dont own it even if you paid for it!

if you are looking for a place that you feel comfortable and homely don't bother to come to Thaba Eco village, they constantly complain that the storage you have on your owned balcony is not aesthetically pleasing, yet according to the conduct rules we can have garden furniture, I bought the items from a garden furniture shop and it is called garden storage. there are other units that have the same storage but nothing is done, however i get emails and fines because mine is black in color and the others are white. all i have on my owned balcony is the garden storage and that is aesthetically not pleasing, have they seen the other estates? they worry about that yet people who drive in the estate like its a race track is not a problem, our solar is not even connected, I've been here for 2 years
