Cancelling application

Good day. So I recently app**** for a unit with Balwin Property. On the day i went to enquire she told me about a special they are running and how i had to sign the contract on the day as that was the last day of their special. Even after I had said I want to think about it first. 3 days after signing the contract I informed the agent that I actually will not have the money to pay the R20000 as I had thought because my fixed deposit only matures next year jan 2018(I brought her the proof from my bank). I also informed her that the extra deposit i was going to pay on top of the purchase price is also available only in jan 2018. She adviced me that maybe we will amend the application.

A few days later Informed her my overtime at work is going to be reduced and so i want to cancel the application altogether as I can see ill be under a lot of financial strain if I go ahead with the purchace. She then proceeded to tell me that i cant cancel the application only the bank can tell me i can or cant afford the property. Last I checked I know what my current finances are and even if the bank grants me the bond I was still going to decline it.

Next moment im being told legal action is going to be take against me since i signed a binding contract. So i ask if they can show me where on the contract im in breach and I was told they cant send me a signed copy of my contract.

Furthermore, just today i received a message from my tenant that she will be moving out. So if ill be paying a bond back home I know for sure i cant afford that and balwin property unit.

So whereto from here? I feel like I'm being forced into purchasing even after full disclosure of my situation.
