Do not buy property here. Balwin is incapable of taking responsibility. I am an owner in one of their developments, there has never been a body corp meeting, changes occur and no input is sourced from owners. I am unable to access my home because of a subpar “biometrics system”, their construction site caused damaged to my vehicle and I was treated like a **** being opportunistic. Don’t buy in their developments with shoddy finishes where they will behave like you’re an opportunistic **** when they’re at fault. Not worth it.
