Biometric access nightmare

Their biometrics system is the worst. I can't leave or enter because of make up? Why can't I use a finger print. I'm always running late in the morning because the facial recognition can't recognise my face. The lights are so bright that the camera probably thinks I'm white. It's always a hassle to leave/enter the premises. Of course I wear make up, I go to work everyday. Does that mean I have to wipe my face each time I use the gate? The security are not even empathetic. I once spent 10 minutes trying to leave the premises.
