Be careful

I reviewed Landsdowne, got no response so I decided to contact Balwin recently, 3 times in fact, as they work with Lansdowne at Paardevlei Lifestyle Estate in Somerset West. So it's very simple, you can complain as much as you like, they won't respond. If they respond its a response of not taking any responsibility.

Since Balwin owns a lot of property at Paardevlei they know they are in control, so our voice doesn't count for much. I even sent a message to the Balwin CEO, he never bothered to respond. Please be careful before you buy any Balwin property, rather speak to owners before you buy, my advice to the general public.

I'll be reviewing them, Landsdowne and Balwin on a regular basis, hopefully they'll get the message, I mean a rating of 2.2/10 for Balwin is pathetic, to say the least
