Balwin x Poor Workmanship

Poor workmanship at Cambridge Development. They promised to fix an issue and are now backing out using the excuse of it being out of warranty after the initial assessment was they had to fix. The disgusting part is all the general workers said this has to be fixed, this must be a workmanship issue we'll fix it. Goodwill -100, future negative references +100. Will look to sell my property. Such a shame - fix is unlikely to be pricey but flip-flopping and no response to hide from doing the fix is shameful.
