Balwin units

We have lived in a balwin rental for a year and a half in Greenstone Hill. Firstly the damp issues are ridiculous and a permanent issue because the units were not built correctly and when you report these issues to be addressed, they try find any reason to blame it on the tenants “not opening windows and results from poor ventilation” when they know clearly that all their units suffer from damp. If they can find a reason for you to pay, they will.

Secondly, once we moved out, according to their contract, we will get our deposit back with 30 days. We have now been waiting for over that time and our payment hasn’t even been processed. The contract also says that any interest must be paid back with the deposit. This wasn’t going to be done until I called them out regarding this. Horrible customer service.
