Balwin threatening letters to owners

If you are an investor, stay away from Balwin properties! Balwin properties sell you into purchasing property as an investment, and then later deny your rights to earn income from those properties. Their sales team are super quick to sucker you into buying, then a year or two later the rug gets pulled out from under you. I bought an investment unit at Kikuyu, Waterfall, which at the time was, according to the sales team, "great for short term letting". Now the managing agents, Elgaru, have just sent out a notice that states "Please note that any persons participating in a Short Term Letting Arrangement may be removed from the Estate or denied access thereto," which I am pretty sure is a clear violation of a number of laws. They definitely don't have the legal right to remove a person from another person's property! Or deny them access thereto! Not the best way to go about attracting investors, and Elgaru quite possibly creating a number of clear constitutional violations on the behalf of Balwin, as an agent.
