Balwin The Reid - Unruly people living in the complex

Good day, I purchased a Balwin property at The Reid which is really great and moved in. The problem is , the type of people who live in the complex should be better controlled and screened. The complex is terrible noisy and I am assuming the people are tenants , sit on the balconies drinking and are rowdy and rude. The children of the tenants are so loud and the parents do not control them. I have not enjoyed the Balwin experiance. The police had to be called out for a couple actually physically in an altecation. Above us people smoke dagga on the balcony with no concern for other people. Smoke in in your unit with the doors and windows closed.The Lifestyle centre is stunning but cannot be used. People who live in the complex invite all their friends to play soccer etc. We had an experiance whislt in the restaurant where the soccer players walked through the restaurant rowdy and when we asked the Conceierge to take care of it he advised us to take care of it ourselves. We did not enjoy this. The swimming pool certain people take alcohol to the pool. Its packed with noisy children and not a fun place to visit. So Balwin please work through this issue as this very concerning. My son owns 5 units and want to sell. I just bought one and moved in November 2023 and I am moving out 31 January 2024 and rnting out my unit as I cannot live in this complex.I keep hearing the Balwin advert on the radio and I am so dissapointed. It has now cost us double the amount of money to move again and purchase applainces again. Very frustrated and dissappointed. I don't feel safe in the complex.
