Balwin property need comments pls

SOMEONE IN WESTERN CAPE PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK I have seen bad reviews would actually like to know if any one can give me feedback if all there issues has been resolved this far from the time of posts as we have purchased a property thru balwin and waiting for our phase to complete in new year to move in but seeing all this bad reviews makes me want to cancel out now before it’s too late as well I’m also concerned about the water and electricity issues and bills I see of other people reviews as well as power outages is that also happening beside that also the eco friendly developments is this not supposed to be a way of saving water and electricity someone in western CPT that currently owns at any of this balwin development pls give me feedback.
