Balwin Properties(Kikuyu & Munyaka) Hellish Experience

I rented a unit and lived in it for 11 hellish months at a Balwin properties estate, that is Kikuyu. Water is a constant struggle that has been an issue even before I started to live there. I am warning everyone out there thinking of renting in that estate, or Munyaka or the Reid. It is not worth it. In September 2021, from the 2oth to the 25th, there was no water in Kikuyu and Munyaka. October 2021 there was 2 days without water too. Water pipe bursts are a frequent occurrence. The gate key pads always have weekly issues, creating traffic at the gate. The paving gets damaged easily when there is rainfall and car tires have to endure such conditions. The manager is slow to respond to any matter except when an animal is missing. The care taker has stalker tendencies even the manager knows this but is not doing anything about it. Young womxn, do not rent at Kikuyu or Munyaka., it is not safe
