Balwin Properties, The Reid power outages

I stay at The Reid and electricity outages are a norm in this estate. At some stage Balwin properties installed generators as a measure to deal with power outages. Things were great and one was once again convinced that one made a good investment.

Then Balwin Properties decided to remove the generators on the grounds that Eskom sorted out the issue. It has been just 2 weeks since the arbitrary and inconsiderate removal of the generators by Balwin Properties and then the problem started all over again and we are back to darkness and messages from the estate manager telling us that a call has been logged with Eskom and that Eskom has dispatched its technicians to deal with the issue.

The issue is proof that Balwin Properties failed in proper planning insofar as electricity is concerned at The Reid.

I wish i had prior knowledge of these electricity outages at The Reid. When is on for over a week, it calls for a celebration, that's how bad it is.
