They have taken the law into their own hands and disconnected my electricity after been 4 days late on rent and the making sure they disconnected my solar geaser 2 days later too. So we are now with out power and warm water. As to my knowledge this is ******* and action taken by them after only 4 days is ridiculous as tenants have a 7 day grace period. I have been transparent with them and given them a date as to when my funds will be available to settle any arrears. The continued harassment has left me mentally traumatized. Not only have they frindged upon my basic rights but also taken away my ability to earn a living as I work from home and can not do any with no electricity. Surely they are not above the law and should be held accountable. They operate outside of the laws that we all have to obey and clearly have no remorse or conscience to the wrong doings.
