Balwin Properties Issues **** Proof of Payments For Deposit Refunds

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from Balwin Properties. After chasing endlessly for a proof of payment, I have now been sent what can only be described as a **** POP. I personally called Nedbank, the bank from which this so-called payment was allegedly made, and they confirmed that no such transaction exists under the reference number provided to me.

Not only have I wasted time chasing after Balwin for what should have been a straightforward process, but I am now being insulted with an illegitimate proof of payment. This is beyond unprofessional, it is *****ulent and deeply concerning.

Balwin Properties has shown a shocking lack of integrity, accountability, and respect for their clients. To mislead a client with a falsified document is unacceptable and disgraceful. I am outraged, frustrated, and extremely disappointed in this appalling conduct.
