The STss wallet used for W&E is horrible. You get unexplainable deductions and adjustments, when you call the support office no one gives reasonable explanations as to how it works. One month I was away for two weeks but I kept on getting deductions for water and electricity, I don’t understand how when no one was there literally the only thing that was on was the fridge
