Balwin Properties- Greenpark Estate

I live at Greenpark Estate (Balwin Properties) and its the worst. We had more than 20 rats in our garden and told by the Estate Manage Pest Control is too expensive and that are traps which we have not seen. In addition, there were contrators on site that damaged our vehicle and we are told by the Estate Manager we drive through the woods and bushes. The refused to assist with the damages. They have recently changed the Electricity to prepaid system. When we moved in we were told we will benefit from solar geysers and now there is no reduction in our billing. The Estate Manager in our complex doesnt seem to care.I would never recommend anyone to move to Greenpark Estate. Who ever lives here complains. My neighbours washing machine motherboard was eaten by ****roaches in the apartment. The Estate Manager had sent a bottle of Doom to kill t he ****roaches.. She had to replace her washing machine. We are on the ground floor and had water running into apartment. To date it hasnt been repainted. They are very fast to deduct from our deposits when moving out but to resolve issues they are extremely incometent.
