Balwin Properties - FIRST TIME BUYERS, RUN AWAY

First time buyers, RUN! I was a first time buyer, who got fooled into thinking that Balwin cares about its owners. LIES. We moved into Fynbos Lifestyle estate in July 2021 and I honestly have nothing good to say about the estate or how it is managed. We have had endless issues from the very first day that we moved in. From smoke detectors going off at 1am for no damn reason, the WiFi never stays up cos balwin fibre is a problem, electricity doesn't come back after loadshedding, water is now an issue and let's not forget how that they changed the access control system without asking the residents and now we are all struggling to gain entry into our own homes! Struggling to understand how I paid over a million rand for this nonsense. My deliveries can't even get to my door. I have to drive to the entrance to get it lol what's the point of ordering online?? I regret the day that i purchased this apartment. I hate living here.
