Balwin Properties dishwasher not working warranty

On 01 April 2019, I purchased unit 597 The Blyde from Balwin Properties. The unit included a dishwasher with the purchase. The dishwasher has stopped working. I have tried contacting Balwin Properties to find out the details on the warranty of the dishwasher. All attempts has been unsuccessful and I am still awaiting response on the warranty period if it has expired or not.

With Balwin selling so many units, this information should be readily available. Unfortunately, response is frustratingly slow.
