Balwin properties are cheaply built

What as joke. I bought an apartment at De Zicht ,this estate is just getting wors and wors. Everything is falling aprat. Water pipes are bursting and electricity is of every other day. Balwin fiber always unstable. They really built these apartments as cheap as possible they even installed outdated electrical and water meters. That now have to be replaced on owners cost. Management is a joke and can never give you a solution or resolve a situation properly. I will never buy at another Balwin property again. They sell you this beauty and facilities and solar power like its the best investment you will ever make. As soon as they have your money. Then everything goes backwards. I will never recommend this estate to anyone.
