Balwin properties are bullies

Balwin properties are bullies. Basically owners and residents don’t have a say in how their properties are being managed. We’re overcharged for electricity, water and generator and yet they don’t have any data to provide us with for the usage. We get charged whether or not we’re on generator. Oh and as for water?! I got charged a R1200 for water that’s supposed to be charged at R400 per month and no one could give an indication of what the issue was, instead they went on to reset my meter to deplete my water units after they had closed my water meter that still had water units available. The list is a lot.. we tried meeting with them to resolve however they, Mid-city and ontec weren’t willing to resolve anything. Oh yes I’d never advise anyone to buy or rent from them. It’s too costly and stressful.
