Balwin Properties are a disaster and of poor standard
I purchased a Balwin Property in Midrand in 2012.
Soon after it kept cracking and got worse with time. They would come in and plaster over their *********** work like putting a plaster over an open wound. Or they would claim its "settling crack". The NHBRC was also of no help.
