The Huntsman Estate Balwin Properties #Balwinproperties #TheHuntsmanEstate Bad estate management been here a year and struggling with neighbors with reckless noise during the middle of the night since December. No one takes responsibility for being considerate regarding the communal space in my block and eventually when all has failed im faced with going the ombudsman as management cannot confirm any noise violation.

The list of issues within this estate and the operating parties is concerning and appalling! Balwin Properties and Landsdowne Properties your adverti*****ts are amazing but customers service and after sales service and management skills are putrid to none existent!

Everytime I threatened to go to EAAB and CSos the manager wants to run to make calls to find out who the guilty party is. Promised a lifestyle centre over a year now, constant excuses, we are now waiting for an international green star rating but we are paying levies and contributing to the estate whilst we see nothing in return aside from the refuse removal, and common areas being keep in good shape and functioning, they're trying to charge people who signed promotions offers now for money outstanding.

It's Appalling to have to live in one these well documented Balwin development when the level of service is crazy!
