Balwin noise complaint

I’d like to raise a noise complaint against Balwin’s Eastlake complex currently under construction. I live at Red Ivory Lane, the complex across the road from the construction site. I get you guys want your money as quick as possible but please be considerate that you are building in an area the other complexes around where actual people live already. This are is normally very quiet at night but Balwin has workers running noisy machinery at night! It’s 22:36 as I write this complaint. It’s a weekday!!! Some of us live here because of how quiet it gets at night and now you guys are disturbing that peace and quiet because you are chasing your profits and not caring about the people that already live in this area. This construction in now 7 days a week, I’m pretty sure you can find time during the day to do whatever it is that’s going on there now at night.
