BALWIN IS PROPAGANDA-VILLE. Don't be fooled we are suffering!

Residents at Greencreek Lifestyle Estate have been experiencing double even triple billing of electricity, water and generator fees. A meeting was held where residents raised concerns and frustrations. Balwin, Midcity and Ontec was present and they couldn’t answer a single question effectively and definitively. They gave theoretical answers on how the system is supposed to work (if we having a meeting to discuss billing and meter issues, it clearly means the system is not running as it should and that was not acknowledged nor addressed), data on the hours the generator was running per month, figures on how it was being calculated and billed, how much they have collected from residents and so on were not answered. Where they tried to thumb suck figures, they were not making sense (calculations were done on the spot). After contradicting themselves, they then go on to say they don’t have enough data and correct figures- now the question is : How did you then calculate our usage if you don’t have the data?

Balwin doesn’t respect their residents, they are not looking to solve anything and residents are being exploited.

If you have money to buy property, look elsewhere. If you are looking to rent, please do yourself a favour. Because buying Balwin sectionals is the equivalent to buying what they call a “lemon car”. Basically it’s a useless car that doesn’t serve its purpose. Because one day we will speak about how they build a block in 3 months and people are already moving in, than 2 months in, your unit starts cracking, ventilation is ****py so you experience mold.

I can go ON AND ON. Bottomline- Balwin is a perfect example of the saying “not all that glitters is gold” because we live in the pits of sh*tville!
