BALWIN IS A ****
The material used in this complex are poor..we experiences power outages almost every single week for like 5 hours( non load shedding) my complex is The Whisken and they advertised the complex amazingly and at an amazing price...yet this is the quality they provide...they are currently in the process in opening a property in Sandton around same price...SAME MATERIAL USED..DONT FALL FOR THEIR ****!!!!!
